- The wrong product was received
- The product remains unopened and unused
2. Return Request Period
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Clearance or promotional items
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
